Produced with corrugated paper, the Bulk Container, the Pallet and the Mill Mate® guarantee durability, economy and agility, as they can support loads in excess of two tons, in addition to being 100% recyclable. Another advantage is that they are exempt from export treatment to comply with ISPM-15 (International Standard on Phytosanitary Measures).
Created to cope with heavy and/or bulky products, the Bulk Container is a one-way packaging, made to measure to accommodate any type of product and take care of your logistical peculiarities with efficiency. Ideal for autoparts, it can replace wooden, plastic or metal crates.
In addition to the Bulk Container, Rigesa also manufactures the Corrugated Paper Pallet. This is a high performance product for the transportation of both light and heavy cargos, weighing on average 50% less than a wooden pallet. Available in a variety of models and formats, it guarantees significant savings in the cost of air and sea freight.
In order to optimize the logistics of product warehousing and transportation, standing up to the hauling of tons of cargo with ease, Rigesa has made available the Mill Mate®, popularly known as the slip sheet. It is a millimetrically thin piece of cardboard, extremely lightweight, which can substitute the traditional pallet and stow loading. In this way, Mill Mate® eliminates freight as well as reducing any damage to cargos.
